Refund Policy
At AthlaFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, our return policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Our Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unworn: Items must be in their original, resalable condition. Please be careful when trying on clothing to avoid any marks, scents, or damage from makeup, deodorants, or other substances.

In original packaging: All items must be returned with their original packaging and any product tags/labels still attached.

Hygiene protected: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear (with the hygiene strip intact), and socks must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns where it's evident these conditions haven't been met.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive an AthlaFit gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and AthlaFit is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the quickest and most efficient way to get your new AthlaFit gear.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service Team: Email us at info@athlafit.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

Ship Your Return: Send your parcel back to us using your preferred courier. Please remember to obtain proof of postage.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@athlafit.com. We will arrange for a free return and replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
